Considering how expensive these products are, one would expect good customer service but that isn’t the case. I ordered the products on the 1st of June. It was shipped on the 3rd, I received it on the 14th. Used it 15th & 16th then stopped because of the breakout and rashes. Sent a message on the 20th, finally got a response on the 22nd and whoever that rep was just left the chat without informing me, kept me waiting indefinitely and the next response was another 24hrs. I purchased other products but I am scared of using the other ones because of this breakout and mysterious rashes I got! - what a total waste! I need my money back! This was my first time buying from the company and it was horrible. I will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone!
