Stay AWAY from this company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been ordering their products for years until now. Last month I placed an order where I made a mistake during the purchase. 5 minutes after the order, I called them to cancel the order. They told me my order was canceled but then they never canceled the order. They shipped the order even though there was an error. I called Makari customer service several times to resolve it, however, they were very rude and even threatened me on the phone plus several times I was told they sent an email to their supervisor and will call back. It's been almost a month, and no one called me back. I am completely disappointed with Makari and will not recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!
