I made an order but a few minutes later, I remembered I did not order everything I needed. I canceled the order and re ordered. To my surprise I was sent two separate orders thus causing me double charges on shipping. When I tried to call customer service,the phone line gives different options but when I click them it keeps telling me I’ve clicked the wrong button etc. very frustrating because there’s no one that I can talk with to express my problem. Tried online help yo order some product I was able to order last year. I explained what I wanted and I kept getting the message “ what can I help you with?” Very poor customer service/ communication team:
