The makari website had a glitch so I found out that they charged my card 2 times because I ordered the same product 2 times under same address with same card number, same name , the also charged me 2 times for shipping of products that were going on same exact address. When I called to rectify, the representative was laughing at me , making fun of my accent, I had to request the manager who resolved the issue and order a reimbursement for the shipping fee back to my card .
