I had a terrible experience. It took over a month for me to receive my items. Apparently, there was an issue with the address I provided - and Makari needed a street address instead of a P.O. Box. But there was no communication after I placed the order - no one reached out to me for an updated address. I had to get in touch weeks after my order to follow up! And even after that, the response wasn’t swift. I eventually received my items but personally, this was NOT good customer service.
