I have ordered products from Makari a couple of times before now. This delivery stood out among my other purchases as I was made to pay again to the delivery company before my parcel could be delivered to me, even though money had already been taken out of my account by Makari for international shipping. The seal on one of the caviar face creams was also not sealed when I took out to use. Actually, this is my first experience with Makari as I have never raised any dislike for ordered products, and the first time for to pay again to have my order delivered to my door. Would be glad if someone can help explain things to me. Thanks. Victoria
