I’ve placed an ordre for 2 sets (5 products for each set) through your website, i have reveived my order at home but i have noticed that i’m missing one product (the argan and carrot oil toning serum), i was supposed to receive two of this product since it was part of the set. When i noticed that right after picking up my delivery, i called your customer service department and spoke with a lady. She verified and confirmed me that there was a mistake and your company clearly forgot to put this item twice in my package. Seb also mentionned me that i would receive an email and a call from the claim department last friday , i’m still waiting on that call. Can someone call me and explain How i’m going to get my product?? And also they have to make sure that i don’t pay import fees. Thanks
