I placed my order on April 4th. Today is May 8th and I have not received my order. They claim the item is lost and that they filed a claim with Routes and that I would hear back within 2-3 business days, it been over a week and I have yet to hear from other Routes or Makari. My emails to either Routes or Makari has gone unanswered. I am very disappointed in this company. bad customer service
