I placed and paid for order number #100167750, on April 6th. I waited till April 28th before being informed through email that the order was missing and that I should file missing order claim with Route which I did. On May 7th, I was informed by Route that the claimed have been approved for replacement and up till date Makari de Suisse neither provide me with a valid replacement order detail nor reply any of my emails and WhatsApp message.
For this reason, I suspect Makari de Suisse is just using the pandemic as an opportunity to swindle people. If not, USPS is still delivering orders to Canada.
