The shipping Agent always require an invoice. I did not receive that invoice for my last order. To date I have not receive that package. You sent to me an app to track my order. When I tried it, there was a note in red saying it could not work in my country. I received a mail from the shipping agent that they received the package but would not deal with it without the invoice. The product is doing great for me, and I am sharing it with friends and family. The shipping issue I must address before my next Order. It would prudent if the company could assign someone to work with me personally in the future.
