Ordered items on 5/17/20 received a part shipment on 5/28!!! Just the lightening ensemble package. It was damaged- a crack at the bottom of the radiant body beautifying milk bottle. I Can’t even track the rest of my order via the so called route app. I seriously need to know where the rest of my order is. The parking list sent with part order was messed up too. Please respond ASAP! I have called customer service repeatedly to get an update on my order to no avail. No one even bothers to return your call. As for The route app it had same update for days. So I called customer service. Noanswer or even a fall back! plus this whole process of frustrating!! I’m not sure I will order again! I just need to get the rest of my order and be done with this saga! Can someone at least call me back and advice the where about of my order??? Is that so much to ask?????
