I ordered products online and it promptly got shipped. However,I kept missing the delivery and got a mail from the courier service that it had be returned. I reached out to Makari 's help desk and they were able to locate the parcel. It was still at the courier service office.
It hadn't been shipped back.
I was impressed with their feedback and prompt response!
