Had an online Will done up for my father in 2021. The hard copy was printed out and signed by 2 witnesses. He passed on in July 2023. This online Will was presented to my probate lawyer and accepted and embossed by the Family Court. Making a Will online using templates is a good and legitimate way of making Wills. It is legally recognised by the Court. The most important thing is for the Will to be printed out and signed by 2 witnesses. The testator must also sign on every page of the Will. Court requires the original signed Will signed in wet ink by both testator and the 2 witnesses.
