I have never ever written a review before, but I am going to write this.
I ordered a dress on line. I have to shop online as my husband is on immune-suppressant medication and, therefore, very susceptible to catching illnesses (like Covid). The dress came and was far too big. The dress had been delivered by courier so I e-mailed M&Co and asked if a courier could collect the return. I was told that I would have to return it to the shop.
I find this dreadful service and will never buy anything from M&Co online again.
