Bought a dress from the sale rail at Tavistock branch. It didn't fit properly so returned it for a refund. Could only get a credit note as it was a sale item. I said this wasn't pointed out at time of purchase but was told terms were displayed on back of receipt, not much use as don't get receipt until purchase made. I've been a regular customer of this store and have never had a problem returning full price items.
However treatment this time and lack of customer care will ensure I never shop there again
