Ordered an item at 10.15pm on the 19th August for next day delivery. Website said orders before 8pm will be delivered the next day if an extra fee is paid. Having paid the extra for next day delivery I knew it wouldn't arrive on the 20th as I'd ordered after the 8pm deadline. However I did expect that it would arrive on the 21st. Nothing arrived so on the 22nd I phoned M&Co and Ida informed me that as I'd missed the deadline on the 19th my order would be delivered in 2 days not the next day. I asked if I'd made my purchase at 7am on the 20th and paid for next day delivery when would my item have been delivered and she said "the next day the 21st". I gave up at this point.
