Not long ago, I did a lot of shopping at Mango Outlets. Before, Mango didn't do this when there was a problem, but I bought the first item at the Mango outlet, but the size was all wrong.
And the refund address is on the sticker, but it wasn't prepaid, so I had to pay $50 and send it back. UPS said this address was wrong and said it was undeliverable, so I had to send it to the place on the receipt there.
And it said on the receipt to send it to the address on the receipt. So I sent it, and a few days later, the email came from the mango outlet, but you sent it to the office... so it said that I couldn't refund.
It's $300 (excluding $50 wannapping), but I can't give it to you. Does that make sense? I came here when I was a kid, so I didn't have any English problems, and I just picked up by e-mail. They asked what kind of business they were doing like this, but they couldn't give it, so they said they were distributing a credit card, and they contacted the card company and blocked the pay. Guys, be careful with mango outlet shopping. I never intend to buy from "Mango outlet" again.
