“I ordered a lot of items for Christmas, and half of them were the wrong size. Their returns process is very cumbersome--they make you take photos of the items' tags to prove the size is wrong, and you have to pay to ship them back. A couple of months later, they'll refund the shipping fee. I thought that maybe the Christmas rush was the reason for the mistake, so I ordered four items last week, and all four were the wrong size.”

“As everyone. Received damaged product. Shape of jacket was completely off because of hanging on strange hanger. It destroyed the item.
They asked for pics,after sending,they said they see no issue and can return on my own cost.
Basically if you receive faulty item you will ALWAYS lose money since you pay return postage and they hope you will not bother with returning.

“Horrible experience. Items arrived very late and damaged. Shoes and hat were shipped in a paper envelope. It looked like it had been run over. Both damaged beyond repair. Tried contacting customer service. Impossible to talk to a human. All the automated system told me was that I was able to return the items and if eligible, I would be credited. You have lost a customer as this is completely unacceptable. Additionally ,because of the lack of communication from Mango, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this.”
“Huyan corriendo! Si crees que es como cualquier servicio de compra por internet que luego, si no te conviene, puedes devolverlo en tienda o por correo mismo, entérate que no es así para nada! Es una estafa, esencialmente. Cargué un sobretodo hasta la tienda, donde antes devolvía sin problema, y me dice que ya no, que si quiero devolver en persona tengo que salir de Madrid a una tienda en Getafe o San Sebastián de los Reyes. Pero que no tengo que preocuparme, porque también puedo llevarlo a punto de recogida y enviarlo. Mentira. Se tiene que llevar a Correas y, espera... que viene lo peor: TIENES QUE PAGAR TÚ EL ENVÍO! Es que no puedo creérmelo. En qué año cree que estamos Mango? Si incluso pidiendo cosas de China las puedes devolver gratis! Es una burla. Es una estafa. Y yo NUNCA MÁS en la vida vuelvo a comprar en Mago. Que por ahorrarse unos euros ello no obtendrán nunca más ni 1€ de mí. Pagar un envío de devolución que te sale casi la mitad del producto. Cuando fue culpa de ellos por ponerle la talla L a un sobretodo que claramente más que M no es. Una vergüenza. Y ojalá sirviera de algo poner malas opiniones aquí... porque no sé quién se pondrá a leer las opiniones de una tienda como Mango antes de caer en sus fauces estafadoras. Pero, en fin, si lees esto antes de comprar por internet en el outlet: NO LO HAGAS. Yo, lo dicho, nunca más vuelvo a comprar en Mango. Pq estas prácticas tan desagradables para con los clientes no las paso. Mi dinero que me cuesta mucho ganarlo prefiero invertirlo en negocios decentes. Y claramente Mango ya no es decente. “The sizes didn't match the description or the guides on their website and the return fee was 20euros and takes a lot of time to do it. The procedure of returning is difficult, because you need to give their phone number or address and on thei so called "returning papers" they don't give such information and you have to search for that on the internet by yourself. Never going to order from them again.”

“Awful experience many items had defects! I had to pay 7.90 euro for the return. I've since learnt that Mango outlet www.mangooutlet.com is very different from mango.com were they offer free returns! I just got an email to say the items will now be shipped to Spain for inspection 7 days then 3 days to process the return so basically is your not in Spain dont shop on the outlet store!!!! Nightmare!”
“I am in same boat as other reviewers . I ordered 4 items .. but I paid through PayPal. I did not recover a tracking number or an email indicating items would be shipped. I have now opened a case with PayPal in hopes of having a full term .
I have ordered items from Mango Canada and have had no issues . Great tracking and email communication . Return labels are provided for
On my PayPal transaction it’s says Casa Bonita .., no mention of Mango
This is a learning experience mango outlet should be shut down .

“I placed an order on Mango Outlet and the following day, the items I purchased were selling for much cheaper. I called for a price adjustment and I was told they didn't do that for outlet purchases. I told the agent that I would be repurchasing the items and returning the first order. At no point did he inform me that they do not cover return shipping or provide return labels. Their website CLEARLY states that they do provide return labels for outlet orders. When I receive the first order, there is no label included in the box and when I called the customer service line, I got a message saying that no label will be provided. I will NEVER shop Mango Outlet ever again and you shouldn't either.”
“Trench coat was huge and very stiff and unflattering. I ordered by measurements. ( I am 5'5" and model is xs and 5'11'' ) You have to pay for returns which cost me $23 and a trip to the post office. I will never order from them again.”

“Their return policy is very confusing and misleading. I didn't know the return fee was on me until I saw the return label in my package said NOT PREPAID. The website says nothing about it, only in the case of losing the return label, they will not cover the return fees. That's very misleading. The truth is you need to pay for your return no matter what. How about making a clear statement about that on your return policy instead of misleading the customers?!”
