Horrible experience. Items arrived very late and damaged. Shoes and hat were shipped in a paper envelope. It looked like it had been run over. Both damaged beyond repair. Tried contacting customer service. Impossible to talk to a human. All the automated system told me was that I was able to return the items and if eligible, I would be credited. You have lost a customer as this is completely unacceptable. Additionally ,because of the lack of communication from Mango, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this.
