Not long ago, I did a lot of shopping at Mango Outlets. Before, Mango didn't do this when there was a problem, but I bought the first item at the Mango outlet, but the size was all wrong. And the refund address is on the sticker, but it wasn't prepaid, so I had to pay $50 and send it back. UPS said this address was wrong and said it was undeliverable, so I had to send it to the place on the receipt there. And it said on the receipt to send it to the address on the receipt. So I sent it, and a few days later, the email came from the mango outlet, but you sent it to the office... so it said that I couldn't refund. It's $300 (excluding $50 wannapping), but I can't give it to you. Does that make sense? I came here when I was a kid, so I didn't have any English problems, and I just picked up by e-mail. They asked what kind of business they were doing like this, but they couldn't give it, so they said they were distributing a credit card, and they contacted the card company and blocked the pay. Guys, be careful with mango outlet shopping. I never intend to buy from "Mango outlet" again.

Don’t waste your time. Wish I could give them 0 stars. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. It took almost a month to get my order, and then they want to charge almost $40 to send my returns. Quality is the worst, the fit is a joke. This brand is a joke. 0/10 would never recommend.

The customer service is the worst. All is fine with the clothing quality and the sale pricing, but just try to return something even if they are the ones sending the wrong item. Getting them to pay for the return postage is like trying to get pennies out of Scrooge. Pennies over customer loyalty, that's what this company values. Stay away, personally, I'd rather pay more and get better customer service that cares about me and cares about doing business ethically.

The system in not secure and customer support is terrible. Someone created an account with my email address. This means that email confirmation is not required here. Also this means that I can see personal other person data. It's been a week when I wrote multiple emails about this situation to support and I still didn't hear any response yet. This means that customer support is slow and ignorant.

I like MANGO clothing; during sales, the prices correspond to the quality. But since these are online stores, seeing and trying the items is possible after receiving them, so returning some things increases. However, the return policy is terrible since the returning price does not fix, so that returning items do not make any sense. Perhaps this is the brand's goal - to earn as much as possible, regardless of the customers' convenience.

returned (with a paid parcel) a few items from the order. The parcel got delivered to their HQ a month ago. They did not schedule a refund, the emails remain unanswered and the phone listed on their website directs you to an insurance company (wt?!) Bunch of thieves!

I ordered two Blazer Jackets on 3rd of March 2019, their website states item will be delivered between 3-7 working days. After almost two weeks item still not delivered, however I have to calling them to check where my item was. I have spoken to four different customer service advisers who are quick to apologise and promise the case has been lodged and escalated but still don't know when my item is being delivered. I am very disappointed and it will be the last time I will order any item from them. Poor communication, no respect to customers.
