I ordered the same coat 3 times because each time they sent the wrong size, made me pay for the return shipping. They promise to reimburse you but never do. They ask for your personal bank information knowing you won't give it and then you're out of the return cost. I will never shop there again. Still out of all my money I haven't been reimbursed.
