I ordered a lot of items for Christmas, and half of them were the wrong size. Their returns process is very cumbersome--they make you take photos of the items' tags to prove the size is wrong, and you have to pay to ship them back. A couple of months later, they'll refund the shipping fee. I thought that maybe the Christmas rush was the reason for the mistake, so I ordered four items last week, and all four were the wrong size.
