Huge disappointment! Long waiting time. The item (faux fur coat) arrived worn (visible dirt stains, potentially toxic items in the pockets: used disposable tissue and anti-covid mask). Three written complaints with photos attached and two calls to customer service produced zero effect (except for an automatic return notification about the complaint being registered). Item return at my own expense.
