Their return policy is very confusing and misleading. I didn't know the return fee was on me until I saw the return label in my package said NOT PREPAID. The website says nothing about it, only in the case of losing the return label, they will not cover the return fees. That's very misleading. The truth is you need to pay for your return no matter what. How about making a clear statement about that on your return policy instead of misleading the customers?!
