Same horrible experience as everyone else! It cost me more to return the product than buying it! No free returns in 2023?! Are you serious?! When the rest of the companies trying to make it as easy as possible for the customers to shop with them, this scam for a company charge you extreme amount just to return there poor quality product!!! I am never buying anything from them again! Customer service just copy pasted there website page- as if I’m blind and can’t see, it’s misleading info! You say returns are free when they are not!
