Horrible experience with customer service representative. The cancelled my order with out confirmation from me. I asked them to explain why they did that and they emailed me that I requested. Which I never did , the representatives are very rude in conversation also the last email they send me the response that they can’t receive my email due to technical issues which is total lie . This company has people that they are not fluent in English.
I never been dealing with such bad customer service!
