This is the worst, most frustrating online shopping experience I've been dealing with, especially when the customer service agent named Summer. I sent returned items from Australia and it was already delivered to their address on 2 September, but refund still has not been processed even after 14 days. This staff named Summer insisted they haven't received the items, even though I have already sent all possible evidence, including a photo from the courier that the parcel has been delivered there and even though another staff, Alicia, partially processes the return. But when the case was taken over by Summer, don't expect that they will be willing to process the refund smoothly. Apparently what they want is to take your money and take consumer rights for return and refund. I spent hundreds of dollars to shop here, along with expensive shipping cost and return postage to and from Australia. But they don't really care about consumer rights for a return and refund process.

It is disappointing from what I assumed was a higher end brand. Where I would have expected a more flexible level of customer service. It is a shame that I will have to reference this in reviews

I made a 280 dollar purchase For three items. The pants ran pretty small so I went on the site to do a return. I had to pay ten dollars for shipping. After paying I was sent a shipping label for USPS. I tracked it and it stated it was delivered to their location. I gave them two week thinking they probably need Time to process my refund. After the two weeks, I sent an email and they gave me the run around stating the tracking number and the shipping label I showed them is no proof that I mailed the item off. I repeatedly told them that if they look up the tracking number they will see the item was sent and it says delivered. Long story short they did not want to provide me with my refund. Luckily I was able to dispute with my bank. Don’t buy from them!

Really bad experience! No refund after 14 days. The customer support is sharing false information. Telling the package has not arrived. Allthough the package is with them since more than 14 days and there is a proof with the tracking number from the label they shared. Also they are very unfriendly. And the clothes have been of bad quality. What an overhyped brand with a - given that - good Instagram marketing. Last time I ordered. Also I opened a chargeback with Amex. I won't wait weeks for my refund. Hope many people read that and do not order from them! They don't deserve it.

I bought a pair of trousers from Manière De Voir ahead of summer and only recently wore them for the first time, when I discovered they had a hole in them. Unfortunately, because I was outside the 30-day return period, I was refused a replacement, even though the item was clearly faulty from the start. I explained that I hadn’t worn them earlier due to the season, but the customer service representative (Summer) was unwilling to engage and simply repeated the policy. This “computer says no” approach feels very disappointing for a brand of this level. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only a replacement for a defective item, but was left with no solution. Really poor experience and sadly not what I would expect from a company positioning itself as premium. I would add a picture to the review, but the site wont allow me to. However, i did provide this over WhatsApp customer service.

Voici ton avis corrigé et mieux structuré pour Trustpilot : Je pense que c’est l’une des pires expériences clients que j’ai vécues avec une marque. J’ai passé une commande d’environ 300 €. Dans cette commande, l’un des deux pantalons reçus n’était pas du tout à la bonne taille (et, entre parenthèses, la qualité des pantalons n’est pas exceptionnelle). J’ai immédiatement renvoyé l’article et contacté le service après-vente qui, pour leur défense, répondait… mais toujours très brièvement. Depuis, cela fait presque trois mois que j’attends mon remboursement. On m’affirme qu’il a été effectué, mais à ce jour je n’ai toujours rien reçu, alors que le colis a bien été réceptionné par leurs services. Je commande énormément sur de nombreux sites e-commerce à travers le monde, et je peux dire que c’est clairement la pire expérience client que j’ai connue. Je vous déconseille fortement de commander chez eux. C’est une vraie horreur. À présent, je suis contraint de contacter ma banque pour tenter d’annuler le paiement et obtenir un remboursement, ce qui est une galère totale. Veux-tu que je te prépare aussi une version en anglais pour publier sur Trustpilot si la marque vend à l’international ?

Do Not Order from them, I had to reach out to them just to ask about my refund, they couldn't give me one because of the 14 day window, FINE. So they gave me a gift card yesterday and it didn't work, they told me to send them photos for proof note the card said it expired 2026, they continued to say it expired and they couldn't reactivate it... you guys gave it to me yesterday. DO NOT BUY!!

TERRIBLE customer service. Oversized clothing! After placing a return, all I wanted was my money back. I had to go back-and-forth with the representative because they were not willing to give me it even after I had sent the clothing back! After a month, they finally agreed to give me store credit, and when I finally get around to using them, they expired on me and they WONT re-issue them! They didn’t even last 6 months! Terrible experience. Passive aggressive customer service.

I spent $500 on only two items - neither of which appeared how they did online. I requested a refund and got emailed a refund code to scan at my local post office. It was in a format I had never seen before, but I still took time off work to visit 3 post offices - all of which said there was an error with the code. I reached out multiple times to the support team, who said they couldn’t do anything unless I took more time off work, went back to the post office, and took a photo of the workers’ screen showing an error (which would be unlawful in Australia as post offices are government buildings with many privacy rules). All I asked for was a regenerated code to try again, but my request was continuously denied. I cannot take time off work to visit the post office for no reason, and I have received no help or other solutions from the support team. $500 down the drain and I am now following this up with my bank and the Australian Fairwork Ombudsman for a refund based on Australian consumer laws. Please do not buy from this brand as refunds are difficult and items do not appear as they do online (both sizing and quality).

Please order with caution!! I placed an order in February for $190 pants. I never received the pants and opened a claim with my bank. Mainers said they would do an investigation, had me sign a paper, and said I’d be contacted by the authorities. They also said they would send me a replacement, I just needed to close the claim with my bank. None of this happened. After several emails back and forth, I’ve come to the conclusion they tried to steal my money. I am reopening my claim with my bank and will report this wherever I can. The clothes look nice online, but this is a complete scam.

Horrible customer service. I feel like they barely read my messages, just throw information at me to shut me up. If you have a longer conversation, the previous messages will not be read. Only when I lose my patience after 20+ messages and I start threatening, they will kinda take me seriously. For clothing this expensive they should step it up with costumer service. I also saw on their website that they give priority customer service to customers who spend more? Seems unfair, since everyone is a paying customer.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Store! I placed an order for a top and bottom set but received a bottom and a jumpsuit instead-completely different from what I ordered. To make matters worse, there was no communication whatsoever informing me of any substitution. I returned both items promptly, but only marked the bottom on the return form, as I never received the top. Marking something I didn’t physically have felt dishonest. I waited over a month with no updates. I sent three separate emails only to receive generic responses citing their 7–21 day return policy, with zero acknowledgment of their mistake. Finally, I reached out via Instagram to escalate the issue. They insisted I provide a postage receipt, even though I shared clear evidence: screenshots from the DHL tracking app showing their own return label and tracking number marked as delivered to their warehouse on April 8th. Even with this proof, they wouldn’t acknowledge the return. I had to send a strongly worded message suggesting that their behavior seemed like scam tactics. Only then did I receive a partial refund—for the bottom only. Their reasoning? "The top part was not marked as a return." But how could I mark a return for an item I never received in the first place? This experience was a logistical nightmare filled with poor communication, refusal to take responsibility, and an alarming lack of professionalism. I absolutely do not recommend ordering from this store. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away.

Terrible customer service. Wrong sizing. Have to pay to return and good luck getting a refund. “Elle” is horrible to deal with but this is probably just the name they use for all their customer service reps. Buyer beware!

Unfortunately, I wish I seen the reviews on returns before I purchased a jacket from this website. I ordered something too big and returned it, had to pay for shipping myself and it’s been over a month with no resolve. Their customer service is terrible and now they are saying the tracking number that was generated by their return portal is not the correct tracking number. I think it’s a scam company and you should not order from them.

Hear me out AUSTRALIA! Be extremely careful buying anything online at this company, their sizes are not reliable and they will make you pay for the return yourself, even if was not your fault. I had 2 bad experiences with this company in the last few months. Both times I used the size instructions on the website and didn’t not worked out. This customer service is a nightmare, it takes days for them to reply. I had my ticket closed while I was still waiting for a response, I had to send follow up email to get a response for something I asked 4 days prior. Only to not have all my questions addressed. Honestly, if you buy be prepared to deal with a very unprofessional customer service that will not help you in the end.

Absolutely disgusting level of customer service from this company. Lazy and unhelpful employees. If you ever need to send something back don’t count on them being able to help you or even getting the package due to their process of sending it it’s so dumb. Just absolutely atrocious experience and I’m out almost $200. Will report to better business bureau.
