I bought a pair of trousers from Manière De Voir ahead of summer and only recently wore them for the first time, when I discovered they had a hole in them. Unfortunately, because I was outside the 30-day return period, I was refused a replacement, even though the item was clearly faulty from the start. I explained that I hadn’t worn them earlier due to the season, but the customer service representative (Summer) was unwilling to engage and simply repeated the policy. This “computer says no” approach feels very disappointing for a brand of this level. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only a replacement for a defective item, but was left with no solution. Really poor experience and sadly not what I would expect from a company positioning itself as premium. I would add a picture to the review, but the site wont allow me to. However, i did provide this over WhatsApp customer service.
