Horrible customer service. I feel like they barely read my messages, just throw information at me to shut me up. If you have a longer conversation, the previous messages will not be read. Only when I lose my patience after 20+ messages and I start threatening, they will kinda take me seriously. For clothing this expensive they should step it up with costumer service. I also saw on their website that they give priority customer service to customers who spend more? Seems unfair, since everyone is a paying customer.
