I ordered two items and they sent them in two different packages you can’t send them back in one package and the return costs pretty much it takes like 30 days that they recieve the package and i get no answers from the customer service that when i’m getting my money back. Terrible.

At first I liked the designs of MDV, but once I ordered from them a few times I realised that they are low quality and they have a TRAP SYSTEM, which is sending you a voucher instead of a refund and when you don’t decide to use it they DONT REFUND you, they just say that the voucher has expired = STEALING YOUR MONEY! I have asked them several times that I don’t want to buy anything from them and want my money from the voucher back into my bank account and they REFUSE TO DO A REFUND! This is a complete trap and they are making you spend your hard working money on their products even if you don’t want to. Please AVOID shopping from them and save yourself the TROUBLE.

The customer service was extremely unhelpful, and I did not receive refunds for either of the two items I returned! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH THIS BRAND AT ALL! They are rude and unhelpful, and will not refund your items even if you have not worn them.

Would leave zero, company are scam artists and should be ashamed! Sent items back in good condition to be told the dress was 'soiled' what a lie looks like they do this to alot of people and then won't refund your money! Think it's about time this company's taken to court god knows how their getting away with this fraud!!

Shockingly bad customer services and products. I was sent soiled items, returned them because of I was offended that they would send out 2nd rate clothing with stains on.... and now they are withholding my money and blaming me. Its disappointing and disgusting.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a bunch of items, most of which were way too large and a skort that was defective (the zipper was sown shut). I returned the next day after receiving the items (that I did even not try on). 3 weeks later they email me with photos of stains all over my items saying that I soiled them and they won't process the refund. An absolute scam - they will not give me my money back. There is zero chance I stained those items.

Maniere de Voir will not take any action if a package has not been delivered by DHL. They keep you on the line by saying that the package will be delivered. This can take weeks even months. They report nothing to DHL despite the fact that they are the instructions from DHL.

I waited a whole month for packages that were supposed to arrive in 4-6 days. the order was split into 7 parcels and the post office asked me for an additional payment of 200 euros in taxes!!! for an order for which I have already paid 725 euros. these clothes come from china and they are always stopped by customs! of course, I probably won't get my money back because the packages are stuck somewhere and they don't want to return them until the items are returned to them.

This place is a complete rip off. I ordered a few items from this company. Trusted the size chart on their website. Received items they were EXTREMELY oversized. Also they were stained. Sent items back a they refused to refund me for the faulty extremely huge, stained items that they sent me. The clothing are poorly made an they will send you faulty items just to deny your refund if you return. Awful company!!!

IM LEAVING THIS REVIEW AS A LOUD AND CLEAR BULLETIN TO THE OWNERS OF MANIERE DE VIOR IN HOPES OF THEM REALIZING THAT AS THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER FROM THE BEGINNING, I AM MORE THAN DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I have literally been their customer since they’ve first dropped their online collection years ago. I would check their website every payday in a hurry to give them my money! Up until about a year ago, that all changed. The fact that this company thinks it’s ok to hike their prices up more than 100% is INSANE. How dare y’all?!!! It’s uncouth, unkind and downright indecent! Greed has always been the biggest and most consistent downfall to organizations/corporations, and as we can see, their lackluster reviews shows that. They can care less about keeping the dignity and loyalty of their brand to their customers; it’s ALL and only about MONEY. I thought i found my very own personal clothing retailer that I can always turn to. A unique, classy, good priced and great quality clothing brand that I can count on is now a thing of the past. Their mediocre t-shirts are priced at a ridiculous $80! How DARE y’all Maniere De Vior? I am sickened by how this company has changed and I’ll continue to stay away until their egos and greediness simmers down.

Poor customer service and TERRIBLE returns process. You can only return to them using their online portal and therefore their shipping provider of choice and pay a flat rate that they charge. On top of that, returns take up to 3 weeks to arrive to them and another 7 days for the money to begin being processed back to you. They CONSTANTLY loose returns in the mail and are unwilling to do anything about it. If you have returns, you will likely not get your money back. Considering how much you spend to receive very regular quality clothing, please avoid this terrible company and spend your money elsewhere.

These people are crooks. Had a refund returned in the form of an e-gift card (that's the only way!) No expiry date listed on it. Obviously this has been done strategically so there is a chance of you not using the gift card before the expiry and the company getting to keep your money. Will never purchase from them again.

BEWARE - their online return process is VERY misleading. Their website has false information that says you can return multiple orders in ONE PACKAGE. However , their return system will not allow you enter multiple orders. Their Customer Care Team will not offer ANY help other than telling you to incur the payment for shipping multiple returns , even though all the items fit in one box. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I am beyond upset because I had purposely checked their Return Policy before ordering. They lost a lifetime customer because of this.

I ordered two items and they sent them in two different parcels. One of the has arrived but there comes the two with the other one. I have been writen them after 13 days that there seems to be something wrong with my order as I saw at that time that it is stucked somewhere since 10 days already. They told me they started an investigation blablabla process and it should last 3 working days. After those 3 days I have been sending them another several emails and they always said the same thing to me: “We started an investigations please wait”. I told them after one month of doing nothing from their side that I don’t want to wait for nothing and that I want to receive my money back. They sent my money back on a gift card because that is the way I paid the inittial order. I ordered those products with 50-70% discount, now I have a part of my money on the gift card and I have to buy another products on a full price, or maybe even put a difference. Who is paying for my time, for the 20 emails I spend time to send and to respond? Who is paying for their mistake? For my one month of waiting?

Könnte ich gar keinen Stern geben, würde ich das sofort tun. Vor 1,5 Monat bestellt und als Express bezahlt und bis jetzt nichts bekommen. Beim Kundendienst bekommt man immer einen Standardsatz, wird vertröstet, passieren tut allerdings gar nichts!!! Leider habe ich auf die Bewertungen hier vertraut. Auf einer anderen Bewertungsplattform, habe ich leider erst später gesehen, sehen die Bewertungen ganz anders aus und warnen vor dem Kauf bei dieser Firma.

The 1 star goes for the extreme delays. and the cons they are pulling. I have to admit that the jacket and shirt I bought came in good condition. Not the amazing quality you would expect from their photoshoot...but it has a good look. BUT it took 24 days to arrive instead of 3 to 4 days that their were saying. And it is not coming from the UK or germany it is coming from China!!! And although it is saying on their receipts that VAT is included I still had to pay the VAT at the post office when I received it. And my order was a jacket and a shirt that they couldn't add together so i got charged two separate VATs. Every email I sent felt like a waste of time..they respond with the same answers all the time. They will never refund you for anything. The point is that you get the impression that you are shopping from a legitimate European site of good quality stuff but you buy from a Chinese retailer and you get the equivalent treatment. I felt like they were laughing at me or cursing at me with a smile on their face. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THEM. They annoyed me more than any other site ever did.

Bought a coat for 160 pounds UK size 10 and it's absolutely huge... It's more like a size 20 doesn't look anything like it does online, it drowns me yet looks fitted on the model online and she's same size as me. Not to be trusted this company.
