I spent $500 on only two items - neither of which appeared how they did online. I requested a refund and got emailed a refund code to scan at my local post office. It was in a format I had never seen before, but I still took time off work to visit 3 post offices - all of which said there was an error with the code. I reached out multiple times to the support team, who said they couldn’t do anything unless I took more time off work, went back to the post office, and took a photo of the workers’ screen showing an error (which would be unlawful in Australia as post offices are government buildings with many privacy rules). All I asked for was a regenerated code to try again, but my request was continuously denied. I cannot take time off work to visit the post office for no reason, and I have received no help or other solutions from the support team. $500 down the drain and I am now following this up with my bank and the Australian Fairwork Ombudsman for a refund based on Australian consumer laws. Please do not buy from this brand as refunds are difficult and items do not appear as they do online (both sizing and quality).
