Placed an order of 5 items on Jan 19, 2022. Estimated delivery date was Jan 24, today is Feb 2 and I still have not received the parcel yet. I emailed to chase my order 3 times, they only replied the first 2 times saying parcel still in transit, totally ignored my third email sent 2 days ago. If I did check the reviews of this website before I placed the order I would never order from them at all. Very upset about this shopping experience. Don't order from this website, it's a total scam.
