Rude and unprofessional
I’m assuming so long as you don’t have to deal with their vile rude obnoxious useless customer service staff that they must be okay. If however you get the delights of dealing with the absolute trials of cat sick that make up their customer service either by chat or over the phone you will understand that you’re dealing with absolute moronic useless fools.
First time, and the last time that I ever use these jokers.
