I ordered a bedside cabinet that stated it was fully assembled. It arrived today, it is self assembled! Still waiting for a responses response from the seller Awful

AVOID..Absolute robbing people..47.67 to return a Trampoline coz i ordered wrong size even if i wanted a replacement i had 2 STILL pay this ridiculous fee 2 return it. AVOID AT ALL COST..

Many reports of people losing bitcoin as a result of scams have been read by me. I would like to start by emphasizing that the organizations in charge of bitcoin security have not assisted in the recovery of lost or stolen coins. In my instance, my computer was attacked and 4.2 bitcoins were taken by someone who had access to my emails. Blockchain squandered my time when I called them right away. I then looked for help elsewhere and was pointed in the direction of a bitcoin specialist who helped me find and retrieve my bitcoins in exchange for a payment. I was happy to pay more after the work was finished. Thank you for the help, and I suggest getting in touch with recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com

Tracking system terrible with Mano Mano.. just direct you to seller….. in china .. they then ask for credit card details to charge £1 …yeah right… to give delivery details. state to be delivered 13-15 sept.. still no sign🤷‍♀️will they ever arrive..,who knows.. will Mano Mano take responsibility if not 🤷‍♀️

On their website you are informed that you can return an item but if you decide to do so, their return fees are so hefty its not worth returning. They mislead you when buying and then tell you, you should have read the terms and conditions. Who sits there reading terms and conditions for an hour these days. There would be so much ts&cs to read it would be all consuming of your day. This is a SCAM.

Would not refund and refused to collect faulty goods so had to get bank involved. Dodgy outfit. Avoid these scammers

Producto enviado diferente al ofertado y manomano desestima mi reclamación porque tengo que opinar sobre el artículo recibido. Pero toman nota de lo hecho por el vendedor, total ni vendedor ni manomano son honestos.

Después de 10 horas de pedir un producto con envío gratuito el pedido fue cancelado y no se dio ninguna razón. Aunque el pedido fue cancelado mi dinero fue retenido lo que significa que no había dinero disponible para pedir una máquina que realmente necesitaba. No hay forma de hablar con nadie por teléfono. No parecen preocuparse por el cliente en absoluto. Todo se hace a conveniencia de la plataforma mano a mano o del vendedor. En mi experiencia es una de las peores plataformas de este tipo. After 10 hours of ordering a product with free shipping the order was cancelled and no reason was given. Though the order was cancelled my money was held meaning that no money was available to order a machine I really needed. There is no way to speak to anyone by phone. They don't seem to care about the customer at all. Everything done is done at the convenience of the platform mano a mano or the vendor. It in my experience is one of the worst platforms of this type.

Charged me £7.00 for delivery first item cost £3.90 and arrived next day. 2nd item in the same order was a drill, I’m still waiting. For delivery after 5 days. So they made a big postal profit on the small item and I’m still waiting for the drill. I will never buy from them again especially now I have read there reviews (wish I had read them sooner). I’ll stick with E-Bay and other reputable sites. Avoid this company at all cost and if I had known it was French…. Well enough said.

BEWARE UNFAIR RETURN CHARGES and awful service: A really poor experience. Bought a small item (a WC flush plate costing about £65), not knowing 100% if it would be compatible. It took 3 weeks to arrive, despite being “in stock”, with poor customer updates. Sadly it was not compatible, so I have tried to return. I fully expect to pay a reasonable return charge as the item was “unwanted” not faulty, but I was quoted £19 by the seller as a “refund” charge. Turns out the seller, bathroom2kitchen.co.uk, have their warehouse in France, and I am expected to pay a totally unreasonable return charge because of this. I have asked both them and MonoMano to show me where it is detailed on the website that returns will be to France and hence extortionate. Neither have been able to do so. I asked ManoMano to intervene, and they have refused. Even the return process is awful. The seller arranged a courier but sent me no label so Fedex could not collect! About 10 emails later and 2 weeks and I still have an item I cannot use. So frustrating. My advice…. GO ELSEWHERE. This is 2024 and customer service has moved on from the 1970’s. Apart from at ManoMano it seems.

After giving me tracking info, the site used was no longer accessible. After informing them of this, they gave me another tracking company to track my order. Great or so I thought. States it was delivered Saturday just gone, but no delivery, no card left stating where they left them if they did turn up, nothing on the door bell in the time they stated delivery. Now got the hassle of going through my credit card to get a refund as my order is not here. Very poor service and will never use this company again. Will stick with shein and Temu 😁

Do not purchase anything from manomano especially if the seller is GALANO. This company has the worst service. Once you purchase the item, they don’t care about customer service or making things right for the customer. My item arrived late, and for the last 3 weeks I have been told that I have to arrange delivery myself. They know very well when you buy a heavy furniture it’s difficult to arrange delivery. The terms and conditions for return are also not easily found on their website, to distract you from this. I have had no choice but to keep this item; but please bear in mind the items sold in manomano are also sold by Debenhams, wayfair, B&Q and many other stores. Do not waste your money or time on this company who only knows to take your money.

Receive defective cupboards x2. After having to faff with customs and delayed delivery. Arrange for someone to put up, only for them to open and both be badly damaged. Sent photos and was offered a small comp to keep cupboards, or return for a refund, I requested an exchange but told I couldn't do that. So I'd have to re order, send back, pay again for import, then get a refund on my items. I suggested a reasonable comp, they just keep repeating sending them back, they don't even read the emails. Avoid this company...sub company Relaxadays

What a palaver it's been actually knowing where my bed is, it's already days past when it was supposed to have been delivered. There has been no communication from them at all, ArrowXL have now given me a date in another 6 days but if it doesn't arrive then I'm cancelling it. I'm lying on a mattress on the floor and finding it difficult to get up due to severe arthritis. Poor customer service.
