They incorrectly list products in Google Search and expect us as consumers to carry the cost of return… Appalling service they don’t uphold UK Customer Rights Act 2015 as they dissolved their UK business in 2024. This means they can effectively do as they wish with regard to disputes and always settle on behalf of their sellers ignoring UK Consumer Rights. They won’t supply their UK head office details because they apparently don’t have any. So for returns and refunds a UK Customer is effectively at their mercy. Non merci I’d say…

Product failed and ManoMano (and the seller) did not honour my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They continually state standard warranty even though their Terms and Conditions state "The Seller acting in a professional capacity undertakes to comply with the legal and regulatory provisions relating to online and distance selling" i.e. the aforementioned act in the UK. Beware that if products fail after the standard warranty expires they will not help.

Don't waste your time or money. The macerator bought broke down on less than 2 months, & the seller & mAnomano thought by offering a replacement would sort out the problem, or I could send it back but would have to pay for this. The amount of money you have to pay to get this item fitted, not once but twice in less than 2 months is beyond words any words I can say, as their products aren't fit for purpose

Having my trading account suddenly inaccessible after a withdrawal rejection was terrifying. I was worried about my funds. But Mrs. Mercy and her support team were incredible. They managed to resolve the problem efficiently and helped me regain access to my account and funds. Highly recommended!

Esperienza pessima. Ho comprato a black friday una lavatrice Candy CO 4104TWM/1-S Lavatrice 58 cm 10 kg 1400 Giri/min Classe A Bianco. Numero d'ordine: M241277696970 Ordine cancellato dopo 1 settimana con il nuovo prezzo del prodotto €170 + caro di prima. Servizio clienti inesistente. Mi hanno offerto un codice sconto di €5 della newsletter per il disagio.

worst company ever and worst customer assistance as well . Order never received after 2 weeks of waiting and contacted them several times and they told me just to wait to be patient .After 2 weeks of waiting I canceled my order and waiting for refund . Don't buy from here , you will waist your time , money and nerves. Shame on them!!!

AVOID..Absolute robbing people..47.67 to return a Trampoline coz i ordered wrong size even if i wanted a replacement i had 2 STILL pay this ridiculous fee 2 return it. AVOID AT ALL COST..

Tracking system terrible with Mano Mano.. just direct you to seller….. in china .. they then ask for credit card details to charge £1 …yeah right… to give delivery details. state to be delivered 13-15 sept.. still no sign🤷‍♀️will they ever arrive..,who knows.. will Mano Mano take responsibility if not 🤷‍♀️

On their website you are informed that you can return an item but if you decide to do so, their return fees are so hefty its not worth returning. They mislead you when buying and then tell you, you should have read the terms and conditions. Who sits there reading terms and conditions for an hour these days. There would be so much ts&cs to read it would be all consuming of your day. This is a SCAM.

Producto enviado diferente al ofertado y manomano desestima mi reclamación porque tengo que opinar sobre el artículo recibido. Pero toman nota de lo hecho por el vendedor, total ni vendedor ni manomano son honestos.

Después de 10 horas de pedir un producto con envío gratuito el pedido fue cancelado y no se dio ninguna razón. Aunque el pedido fue cancelado mi dinero fue retenido lo que significa que no había dinero disponible para pedir una máquina que realmente necesitaba. No hay forma de hablar con nadie por teléfono. No parecen preocuparse por el cliente en absoluto. Todo se hace a conveniencia de la plataforma mano a mano o del vendedor. En mi experiencia es una de las peores plataformas de este tipo. After 10 hours of ordering a product with free shipping the order was cancelled and no reason was given. Though the order was cancelled my money was held meaning that no money was available to order a machine I really needed. There is no way to speak to anyone by phone. They don't seem to care about the customer at all. Everything done is done at the convenience of the platform mano a mano or the vendor. It in my experience is one of the worst platforms of this type.

Charged me £7.00 for delivery first item cost £3.90 and arrived next day. 2nd item in the same order was a drill, I’m still waiting. For delivery after 5 days. So they made a big postal profit on the small item and I’m still waiting for the drill. I will never buy from them again especially now I have read there reviews (wish I had read them sooner). I’ll stick with E-Bay and other reputable sites. Avoid this company at all cost and if I had known it was French…. Well enough said.
