They continually state standard warranty even though their Terms and Conditions state "The Seller acting in a professional capacity undertakes to comply with the legal and regulatory provisions relating to online and distance selling" i.e. the aforementioned act in the UK. Beware that if products fail after the standard warranty expires they will not help.”

After 10 hours of ordering a product with free shipping the order was cancelled and no reason was given. Though the order was cancelled my money was held meaning that no money was available to order a machine I really needed. There is no way to speak to anyone by phone. They don't seem to care about the customer at all. Everything done is done at the convenience of the platform mano a mano or the vendor. It in my experience is one of the worst platforms of this type.”
