"Receive defective cupboards x2. After having to faff with customs and delayed delivery. Arrange for someone to put up, only for them to open and both be badly damaged. Sent photos and was offered a small comp to keep cupboards, or return for a refund, I requested an exchange but told I couldn't do that. So I'd have to re order, send back, pay again for import, then get a refund on my items. I suggested a reasonable comp, they just keep repeating sending them back, they don't even read the emails. Avoid this company...sub company Relaxadays"

"Really bad customer service. I ordered a chopping board among other items. All of my items arrived separately and when the chopping board arrived it was tiny in size, when trying to return the product the emails I received seemed like they had been typed by robots and the process was very hard."
