They incorrectly list products in Google Search and expect us as consumers to carry the cost of return… Appalling service they don’t uphold UK Customer Rights Act 2015 as they dissolved their UK business in 2024. This means they can effectively do as they wish with regard to disputes and always settle on behalf of their sellers ignoring UK Consumer Rights. They won’t supply their UK head office details because they apparently don’t have any. So for returns and refunds a UK Customer is effectively at their mercy. Non merci I’d say…
