“Disgraceful money grabbers - Ordered a garden parasol June 2020 for my elderly mother who is unable to sit in direct sunlight due to her cancer drugs.
The very large parasol was used until September until the weather got cold and was then stored in the garage in the box until 4 weeks ago. When it was winched up again a weld on one of the arms snapped and it broke collapsing on my mother. I wrote to customer services asking for a replacement and was very quickly told it was outside the 6 months warranty. End of conversation!! If this is is a something that can collapse and hurt someone surely they would want to insect the item in any event! Item was -

“Beware of this seller...they will not do anything if you receive faulty goods or you have any problems...I've been messaging them for 2 months about a faulty leaf blower and all they say is 'we have sent your complaint to the manufaturer"....I bought the item from mano mano so they should be refunding my money...just another tip off front man that sells rubbish goods from rubbish manufacturer...dont waste your time or money...buy from a reputable dealer”
