“BEWARE UNFAIR RETURN CHARGES and awful service:
A really poor experience.
Bought a small item (a WC flush plate costing about £65), not knowing 100% if it would be compatible.
It took 3 weeks to arrive, despite being “in stock”, with poor customer updates.
Sadly it was not compatible, so I have tried to return.
I fully expect to pay a reasonable return charge as the item was “unwanted” not faulty, but I was quoted £19 by the seller as a “refund” charge.
Turns out the seller, bathroom2kitchen.co.uk, have their warehouse in France, and I am expected to pay a totally unreasonable return charge because of this. I have asked both them and MonoMano to show me where it is detailed on the website that returns will be to France and hence extortionate. Neither have been able to do so.
I asked ManoMano to intervene, and they have refused.
Even the return process is awful. The seller arranged a courier but sent me no label so Fedex could not collect! About 10 emails later and 2 weeks and I still have an item I cannot use.
So frustrating. My advice…. GO ELSEWHERE. This is 2024 and customer service has moved on from the 1970’s. Apart from at ManoMano it seems.”
“After giving me tracking info, the site used was no longer accessible. After informing them of this, they gave me another tracking company to track my order. Great or so I thought. States it was delivered Saturday just gone, but no delivery, no card left stating where they left them if they did turn up, nothing on the door bell in the time they stated delivery. Now got the hassle of going through my credit card to get a refund as my order is not here. Very poor service and will never use this company again. Will stick with shein and Temu 😁”
“Do not purchase anything from manomano especially if the seller is GALANO. This company has the worst service. Once you purchase the item, they don’t care about customer service or making things right for the customer. My item arrived late, and for the last 3 weeks I have been told that I have to arrange delivery myself. They know very well when you buy a heavy furniture it’s difficult to arrange delivery. The terms and conditions for return are also not easily found on their website, to distract you from this. I have had no choice but to keep this item; but please bear in mind the items sold in manomano are also sold by Debenhams, wayfair, B&Q and many other stores. Do not waste your money or time on this company who only knows to take your money.”
“Receive defective cupboards x2. After having to faff with customs and delayed delivery. Arrange for someone to put up, only for them to open and both be badly damaged. Sent photos and was offered a small comp to keep cupboards, or return for a refund, I requested an exchange but told I couldn't do that. So I'd have to re order, send back, pay again for import, then get a refund on my items. I suggested a reasonable comp, they just keep repeating sending them back, they don't even read the emails. Avoid this company...sub company Relaxadays”
“What a palaver it's been actually knowing where my bed is, it's already days past when it was supposed to have been delivered. There has been no communication from them at all, ArrowXL have now given me a date in another 6 days but if it doesn't arrive then I'm cancelling it. 1. Bought a AlwaysH LED Digital Alarm Clock Red Number Display from ManoMano for £18.79.
2. After complaining and also writing a negative review on both Trustpilot &ManoMano's website; "that neither the plug nor the voltage is compatible for use in the UK", I was informed that a refund will be made.
3. Hence, it was shocking to discover that;
*** The product is nevertheless still being sold on ManoMano's "UK" website!
*** The product that two weeks ago was sold for £18.79, is now being soldfor £38.79 by ManoMano, and ManoMano claiming that this is a 45%discounted price!
*** When publishing my review on ManoMano's own site, ManoMano deleted the part pertaining to the "voltage" issue!

“A part was missing from my Karcher 4 stone washer/ cleaner. It is impossible to speak to anyone or to get on line to register the problem. It should be very simple and straightforward to exchange a part. I still have not been able to find a way to contact them. The only contact with Manomano is "would you like to order the product again"? You've got to be joking!
I will not use them again.”

“ManoMano has an excellent customer service when you wish to get advice choosing a product. But once you have placed your order, then …!
1. ManoMano's tracking system is a scam. You cannot track your order. At all stages it will display the same information on the screen.
2. The estimated delivery dates, are likewise a scam. Delivery was one week away. A text was sent some twenty minutes prior to delivery, informing me of the delivery.
3. Twenty seven days has passed since I emailed a complaint to ManoMano, [and not withstanding several calls to remind ManoMano of the complaint], nevertheless, ManoMano has so far chosen not to respond.
4. wishing to return the product, numerous calls had to be made until finally I received the correct return form. Long after returning the product and presenting the return receipt, I'm still waiting to hear about the refund.
By all means, use ManoMano's website to search for the right product. but once you have found the right product, you may wish to buy the product direct from the seller, or from an alternative company.”
“It is a really bad experience, I think if they couldn’t afford customer support, they shouldn’t be doing “business” with us. They are a platform only, if there is anything with the product you need to deal with the seller directly. Avoid buying products from delux bathrooms. They are very rude and don’t think you will ever get your refund. Mano Mano will not support you either. So I think this is a big cons.”
“Really bad customer service. I ordered a chopping board among other items. All of my items arrived separately and when the chopping board arrived it was tiny in size, when trying to return the product the emails I received seemed like they had been typed by robots and the process was very hard.”
“Honestly, terrible. I ordered 5 radiators from them (or I thought from them, actually a company called Bathroom Takeaway). one was defective. I contaated Manmano and they said they are just the middle man and to contact the vendor. Whoever writes their emails can hardly string a sentence together. They said they wont give me a refund until they collect it. They wont collect it unless its removed and in its original packaging. Im not an electrician, i have no idea how to de-wire an electric radiator and remove it. I had to pay someone to (after paying someone to install it). Their courier hasn't turned up two "confirmed" days now, the the company claiming my concierge Peter sent the courier away.....my concierge is called Jenny. Manomano has done nothing to help whatsoever.”
