A part was missing from my Karcher 4 stone washer/ cleaner. It is impossible to speak to anyone or to get on line to register the problem. It should be very simple and straightforward to exchange a part. I still have not been able to find a way to contact them. The only contact with Manomano is "would you like to order the product again"? You've got to be joking!
I will not use them again.
