I asked for a refund as the item was not as described apparently on and off counts as two speeds.
They asked me to send pictures.
I didn’t because it would make no difference told them I wanted a refund.
Emailed back with a link to their shop😂🤣 pick what you want up to the value of your refund send us pictures and we will post it out?
Is this even legal?
