It is a really bad experience, I think if they couldn’t afford customer support, they shouldn’t be doing “business” with us. They are a platform only, if there is anything with the product you need to deal with the seller directly. Avoid buying products from delux bathrooms. They are very rude and don’t think you will ever get your refund. Mano Mano will not support you either. So I think this is a big cons.
