TERRIBLE… avoid at all costs! I have received a defective item nearly 2 months ago now and have still not received a refund. It has taken over 10 phone calls… emails and conversations with very rude unhelpful staff who refuse to give you their name, say they have no managers and no complaints procedure, from my Experiancw I would say do not use this company again and avoid at all costs, they are so unhelpful, rude and obstructive, to quote in my last call with them they said ‘it’s not my problem’ terrible customer service and handing
