The team at Mapdec were amazing in helping me build my dream bike! From my initial YouTube viewing experiences, to our initial phone call, where we talked about riding style, goals and build options, right through to collection, the process was really easy. I live quite a distance from the workshop but that was no barrier as the team, particurlay Jake and Paul, were really responsive to my many, many emails and phone calls. Their knowledge and patience were a real comfort, knowing that they wanted to build me the best bike possible, that suited all my requirements and needs. I am beyond chuffed with the end result and can't wait to get the miles in on my new bike.
