Extremely poor service. Continous mistakes regaurding my account, lied to by advisors throuought in what appears to have been an attempt to have a 'succesful' 1 call resolution, not adearing to the principles of Treating Customers Fairley, to the point of my credit rating being affected through numerous mistakes made by several advisers.
