I visit the Somerset plaza market basket in Nashua NH for weekly shopping and always order ahead for the kitchen for steak bombs.. they always say 20-30mins. Shopping takes about 1hr. The kitchen is very rude “robert” considering we call ahead and shop for an hour that’s plenty of time to make a few subs yet they never start til we come for a second time, even after I notified them when I first arrive that I’m here for the pick up I called ahead for. The excuse each and every time is “short staffed people are line” smh. They really need to hire more people if that’s the concern. The wait is extra long and Robert in the kitchen is very snarky. if i wasn’t already here after a long day of work taking the time to shop I’d cook but clearly it’s a night with nothing at home to cook and by the time i leave market basket I’m too exhausted to cook dinner since it’s usually around 830pm by the time i even get home. I genuinely hate shopping market basket because of rude employees. It’s unfortunate because the quality and price are always good. This review is specific to the kitchen staff.
