“I went into Market Basket to place an order for two cold sandwiches for dinner. I pulled the ticket and it said 93 I looked up and it was at 72. They were not even using the counting machine and they were taking more online orders or phone orders, instead of helping customers that are standing in line with tickets in their hands. They tried explaining that one side is for hot food. The other side is for sandwiches. I said it doesn’t matter if they’re not even gonna use the machine that counts what number they’re on next didn’t proceed call customer service and they said we are aware of issues that are going on over there . I said well maybe you shouldn’t have that section open if it can’t be managed and flow properly in order for people to get their orders. While standing in line, I looked up another place where I can get sandwiches. I placed my order within 20 minutes. I have my food and I was heading home. I handed my ticket to somebody else standing in line.”
