Workinh is just hell, I've been here for almost 3 years and no one respects me, people who have been here less them me work more hours, have more respect, I hate it. I suffer from an Eating disorder, depression, anxiety and Insomnia, this job has had me closing for the past 6 months, due to this I barkey sleep at night and I only sleep during the day, I have a hard time finding time to eat because of this, I've been framed by a manager after leaving sick, I got suspended and no apology from either director. One of the managers son used to work here and would harass everyone, he once spent an entire shift yelling at me, throwing things at me, making me look bad, I requested more hours too and they were denied on several different occasions, one of the ladies in the booth, Cheryl, she is the rudest woman I have ever met, constantly being an ass to not only coworkers but sometimes customers

I know managers & employees try their best but when a situation happens frequently someone is not paying attention. Too many times I’ve bought Foxy hearts of romaine that were rotten in the bag. Small packaged pickling cucumbers that were slimy when I open the wrapping. I am looking forward to Trader Joe’s opening. I’ll pay more but hopefully I’ll get fresh produce.

MY DAD BOUGHT A 3 PACK OR AIR FRESHNERS AND WHEN HE GOT HOME THERE WAS ONLY 2 IN THE PACK, WHEN HE WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE RECEIPT AND TOLD THEM THEY WOULD NOT HELP EVEN AFTER CALLING FOR A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR, COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!

I went to the market basket in Bedford on Donald Street I go there all the time I went shopping July 5th 2026 I noticed when I get home my boost drinks and my roast wasn't in the bag I went the next day to the store and the woman behind the counter took my receipt and came back 20 minutes later and said that they put all the food in the bags that I had and there was nothing she could do I called and talked to the manager Brian Savage the assistant manager he told me on the phone he was sorry about what happened to come in to get my merchandise that wasn't in the shopping order I went to the store The Man behind the counter and Brian Savage made a complete fool out of me very rude man he was and the man behind the counter the desk tried to say that I'm always in the store trying to get money from him I think the guy was kind of retarded I don't even know who that man was this is the first time I noticed anything missing in the 10 years I've been going there I wouldn't recommend this store I left the store crying I never was made a fool out of like what they did to me at that store I think I'm going to go to hannaford's for now on maybe they'll be more nicer and more polite and more helpful my name is Cindy I live in Manchester thank you

The Pkymouth NH store is going down hill. The last 3 times I was there I had the same issues. Cafe employee was slow as a snail. It should not take 10 minutes to get coffee for the one person ahead of me and myself. The woman that made my sub...wrote it down and STILL couldn't get it right! Today there was half the meat it usually does. This was after her saying over and over there wasn't much roast beef left. It ended up mostly a bread sandwich....NO MORE SUBS for me! The decline in this store is sad.

I often buy two loaves of Swiss Museli bread and freeze one. However last week I defrosted the loaf and it tasted bad so I brought it back to the store in Hudson. The service girl refused the return ...no receipt and out of date. I explained that I froze the loaf...she couldn't quite grasp this...and refused the return. I no longer shop there! Please hire staff that can think a little outside the box...common sense is important!!!
