I didn't see that nasty obese Lady Pizza Maker change her gloves once since I was there.
She touched everything but the third rail.
It was apparent cleanliness wasn't very important to her, she had a horrible attitude also.
Later that night I felt like someone dropped a car battery on my ball bag.
I was up all night with the Hershey squirts.
I should have just walked away and left that pizza there.
Never again!”
“The store Manager Joe spoke to me on the phone about a question on the Seabrook Market Kitchen and within just a few minutes called me back with a solution. So rare these days when it comes to customer service and such a welcome level of service!

“I went into Market Basket to place an order for two cold sandwiches for dinner. I pulled the ticket and it said 93 I looked up and it was at 72. They were not even using the counting machine and they were taking more online orders or phone orders, instead of helping customers that are standing in line with tickets in their hands. They tried explaining that one side is for hot food. The other side is for sandwiches. I said it doesn’t matter if they’re not even gonna use the machine that counts what number they’re on next didn’t proceed call customer service and they said we are aware of issues that are going on over there . I said well maybe you shouldn’t have that section open if it can’t be managed and flow properly in order for people to get their orders. While standing in line, I looked up another place where I can get sandwiches. I placed my order within 20 minutes. I have my food and I was heading home. I handed my ticket to somebody else standing in line.”
“Almost all the employees and managers are very rude, very unfriendly, and very grumpy at all Market Basket supermarkets. Very terrible environment with very snobby and very miserable employees”
“It was my first time in the South Attleboro Market Basket it's huge. The layout is so huge and the people that work there so friendly and eager to help. The only problem I have with the other customers I went on a Saturday I'm going to go on a Wednesday from now on but the price I paid was not at all what I thought it was way cheaper so thank you Market Basket keep it up and I'll be back”
“The majority of Market Basket managers and employees are very unfriendly, very rude, and very grumpy with very toxic attitudes. They are very impolite to customers. They are never well-trained to be very polite, very friendly, and very understanding to customers.”

“Market Basket of NH has been systematically replacing healthy food choices and brands with poor or questionable food products under their own label. They rearranged our particular store so that it is dysfunctional. We have moved onto Hannaford and Price Chopper and recommend to do the same.”
“The baggers can't bag, not blaming them, blaming the company for bad training. Made them rebag because they piled stuff on top eggs. Others bag one thing per bag. Getting fed up.”
“I visit the Somerset plaza market basket in Nashua NH for weekly shopping and always order ahead for the kitchen for steak bombs.. they always say 20-30mins. Shopping takes about 1hr. The kitchen is very rude “robert” considering we call ahead and shop for an hour that’s plenty of time to make a few subs yet they never start til we come for a second time, even after I notified them when I first arrive that I’m here for the pick up I called ahead for. The excuse each and every time is “short staffed people are line” smh. They really need to hire more people if that’s the concern. The wait is extra long and Robert in the kitchen is very snarky. if i wasn’t already here after a long day of work taking the time to shop I’d cook but clearly it’s a night with nothing at home to cook and by the time i leave market basket I’m too exhausted to cook dinner since it’s usually around 830pm by the time i even get home. I genuinely hate shopping market basket because of rude employees. It’s unfortunate because the quality and price are always good. This review is specific to the kitchen staff.”
“They are extremely racist and rude and unprofessional to say the least!the corporate office people do NOT care!and women like Diane who openly represents the corporate office says "file a lawsuit,there's nothing to say" I'm sure Skylar will be upset cause we are going before the judge monday the court date is set and we are filing a lawsuit against Market Basket and I will bankrupt this company!!!!

“I was just at the new Topsham location that opened today 6/14/24 and I was very impressed. Lots of parking and everything in the store is picture perfect. The prices are wonderful and all the workers are very friendly and helpful. Welcome to Topsham market basket. Keep up the good work.”
“Hello I write this complaint I live in Concord New Hampshire your store Market Basket on the store Street downtown my brother and I were there we buy things all the time and we sit down sometimes away from the store it's a strip mall area don't bother nobody people told us to leave one time then we left then one day we wait for the bus and I see people sitting there just look like they're hanging around and what I don't understand is you are a company but yeah you in the back of your store area is a lot of homeless that trash it And people set no one says anything how long they stay and my brother would sit and relax feeling with cancer tumors in his brain and we would hang out a little bit with a fellow who has a dog to make my brother feel good with people that stress out people with cancer makes it worse but you guys have homeless and people who do other things stay around that area cops go in the back all the time do you think it's okay it's not we are loyal customers and I think it's full of Bologna thanks not”

“I just love the cashier named Scott, he is always so pleasant. I will only shop when he is there.the other cashiers talk to each other and don't even say hi. Scott is on Mon.Tue. Thur and Fri.love him.”
