Markets4now: 250euro, your not told that you can Only trade on the Very Volatile Currency market. You cannot trade with other safer markets - Commodities, Stocks, etc you cannot transfer funds out of Currency to safer markets. I am being asked for 1000euros to do this! This is surely unlawful.
