I am a former employee of Marketrip. PLEASE do NOT use this company, simply put they do not trade, just take money and refuse to return it when asked. My job was to call customers repeatedly, using fake names, saying “our record show you want to withdraw your funds. Can I ask why?”. The method is simple, keep calling, saying the same thing, and eventually the customer will give up. If they get angry then hang up and call again later with the same script. I left as I could not do this to people, I felt terrible! I can only say sorry, but i needed the job. Please contact your banks to retrieve your money, it is the only way!
